I hope you love each item you receive; if not, we're here to help. Whether you need a different size, color, or item, we will gladly help you with an exchange. If you have any questions, please email us at Include your name, order number and detail information about your request.

Unfortunately we don’t do any refunds, We gladly accept an exchange, you have 7 days from the arrival date to send it back along with your exchange form.  If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot longer offer you any type of exchange. Once your exchange is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied for you to get something else from our lovely collection. Customer it’s responsible for shipping fee to send back the merchandise to , as well as Re-shipping exchange


✔ Send your exchange back within 7 days. After the stated time exchange will not be accepted.

 ✔Items must be unworn, free of stains (make-up or otherwise) and free of odor

✔Items must contain original tagging and accessories (if accompanied)

✔Must contain the attached Exchange form


✘ Only regular priced items may be exchange. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

No Exchange Items are:

✘ Sales items. ✘ Accessories/Jewelry/Undergarments ✘ Swimwear

Note: Once an order has been place there is no cancelation, you can request a store credit for a future purchase.


Preorders give our customers the opportunity to reserve an item before it arrives to our warehouse. When purchasing an item on preorder you will be charged in full at the time you place the order; Some of these dresses may take up to 4-6 working days to process, this time its excluded from the Shipping time. Preorder items are sold on a first come first serve basis ; If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a store credit.  

PLEASE NOTE: This Store Credit will only be Valid for 45 days from the Date issued, after 45 days the code will expire and you will lose the Store credit. 


Once your package leave our warehouse we are not responsible for any loss, theft or undeliverable packages, All packages are subject to the terms and conditions of USPS and FedEx. Orders that are refused or are undeliverable will be charged the original shipping to re-ship. If this situation happens, our staff will contact you to collect your payment information and re-send the package again to your desire location.  

We are not responsible for lost packages in the mails
